Qigong consists of gentle, flowing movements that are good for the joints, help develop balance and body awareness, increase focus and peace and calm. The exercises which still the mind and bring awareness to the body are done standing in a circle, cultivating a unified energy. Tai Chi is a moving Qigong, a martial art, a sequence of slow, controlled movements. Experience both Tai Chi and Qigong demonstrations and then join in practice in this unique presentation.
